how much stupider
can co workers be these days. no wonder theres like 20 million or whatever the number is that started there own business. cuase to work alongside people today is like to work in a day care center?
yo between distracted co workers. playing with there cell playing on the web playing on the phone. taking 60 thousand smoke breaks. playing outside.
between there never ending stupid f****en ideas. that take up prob 1 hour of the day. between the non stop fratinization that exists in these places of work these days.
between the overload of foriegners and low educated fellow americans working along side compitent people.
do you think its time for Heavy legislation for proper Work Rules and procedures. on national scale. maybe with aptitude tests for certain positions???? in a way that it dont affect the economy.
covering the most annoying parts of the work day.
1. Zero tolerance for over fratinization: meaning turing 1 hour of the work day into a convo.
2. Zero tolerence for personal frat: talking about personal lives at work
3. Dead Red Zero tolerorence for personal comments of any type.
4. Dead Red Zero tolerence for inquiry into personal life from 9 to 5.
5. Dead Red Zero tolerence for gossip
and Then just general clamp down on:
6. Distraction. meaning no playing with anything. phone web e mail nothing. just work!
7. pers phone calls none !
8. absolutley no talking at work ??? to anyone lllllollll.
9. and limitations of the ""open office"". meaning no more 50 stupid ideas a day. meaning One person
out of 10 thinks of the ideas. the rest just work !!!! like in the old days.
its like this generation of corp america spends 2 hours a day in meetings talking about non sense.
and thinking of dum stupid ideas. half of which never work??? ""oh but at least its an open office they tell you""
was it just my imagination?? or in the old days 25 years ago. executives where the only people !!! The only people !!! who went to meetings. the rest mid level and lower level management worked!!!!
and everybody else f****en worked !!!!!!

no flip flops at the office. no mini skirts. although id keep that llllllolll.
no 40 pictures of all your family on your desk nothing.
It use to work and worked well. the Old Big Blue office.
do you think its time to bring back the desciplined modern day version of the Old Big Blue Office. or at least in a modern way??
