I have an idea I have been working on with Jack and we need your input.
Everyone has been talking about doing a clubfreestyle.com weekend, and we think this is a good idea. We want to know how many of you would SERIOUSLY be interested in doing something like this.
A couple of locales that have been suggested are Las Vegas and Miami.
With the Canadian dollar performing (if you can really call 50 cents on the dollar performing) the way it has. I have suggested doing it in Toronto. Think about it. For every $1US you will be getting at least $1.40 CDN ($1.50 -$1.60 CDN if things don't improve soon).
You guys could come up on the Thursday or Friday and leave on the Sunday. A suggested itenerary would be flying in (or driving for those of you that prefer) on Thursday, checking into the hotel (we will have a floor, or a block depending on how many ppl show reserved just for cf peepz), we'll grab dinner and then hit a club. On the Friday we would go to the amusement park, go on rides all day, possibly have a freestyle party/concert there and then hit a local night club. Saturday could be spent checking out the local museum, art gallery, CN Tower, shopping, catching a baseball game (these are just choices to cover everyone's tastes nothing is carved in stone), then dinner and another night club, Sunday would be a brunch picnic at a local park with some phat tunes and just chilling and then sending you all off.
How does this all sound to you? And what would you be willing to pay? Include air fare, a charter bus for the weekend, your hotel (btw bunking up with someone will bring the cost of the room down and be more fun), breakfast, tickets to whatever you all choose to do (ie baseball game, CN Tower, etc), your tix to the amusement park and lunch there, club cover, and the picnic lunch.
This would be sometime during the summer, and we have BEAUTIFUL summers in Toronto. It would be a way to get more BANG for your buck on a vacation, plus experience a new city. Not to mention chilling with your freestyle peepz to the north!!!!
