Darkness swirls around
I choke as I try to breathe
As loneliness presses down
While violently I seethe
Like a weight I can not lift
Forcing tears I can not stop
In these shadows I do drift
Scrambling back up to the top
I choke as catch my breath
As tears burn down my face
Tonight I welcome death
For I've fallen far from grace
And I can almost see you
Almost hear you, listen hard
And I can almost touch you
Almost feel you, put up guard
But this time you'll never leave
For I can't live when you're away
I no longer wish to grieve
& so I take my life today
Because this circle never ends
It just keeps tearing me apart
"We can still be friends"
Said to this broken heart
Only to watch you walk away
And feel my heart break as you leave
I wont beg you to stay
