As far as I know is only came out on a 12" record from DJ International label of Chicago. They might have it on a Chicago House Music CD compilation or something. I just saw an album that has it titled Chicago Reunion - Jesse Saunders Presents the Pioneers of House Music, unfortunately its out of stock. Maybe you could find it at a used CD store. Anyways, good luck.
