Nope, nope that's what I thought too. I always thought, nah they gotta be saying Jaime, til she showed me his pic and I said "Oh that's Jaime", and she said "no, no, his name is Hymen". She didn't even realize the meaning.

Unfortunately for those people, no...My brother in law hears weird ones all the time, being a teacher.

I just remember another one that my brother in law told me about...Placenta. I mean come on, yeah, childbirth is a beautiful thing...but Placenta is not something you name a child after!!!

Around the same time my mom was pregnant with me, there was also another pregnant lady at her job, and when my mom went back to work after, she asked the lady what she named her daughter and the lady said Crystal. Nothing wrong with that name, but the parents last name was Chandilier, so I could just imagine her torture growing up. Crystal Chandilier. Come on...that's just asking for your kid to grow up and be a stripper or something!

You know what REALLY cracks me up? When a black women tries to make her son or daughter's name sound unique when it really sounds ridiculous, and then they try to pass it off like it means something in Swahili! I saw something on the news last week and this girl's name had like 9 vowels and only one consonant...i think it was something like Aiaienoaiai!!! How the f**k do you pronounce that? :lol
