Chicago's "Wake Up Dancing", 7/12/02: Safire!

Good morning, all!

I hope all is well in your world...In honor and recognition of Safire's return to the Windy City tomorrow night at the Chromium Nite Club-817 West Lake Street near downtown Chicago, I'm going to feature a Safire intense edition of 'Wake Up Dancing" from 6am to 9am Central on Chicago's WLUW (88.7 FM).

At 6:30am, it's the DJ Paradise 30 minute edit/mix of all our favorite Safire tunes, both old and new...at 7:00am, I'll repeat the hourlong segment in which listener's, internet fans and I reviewed Safire's comeback CD "Bringing Back The Groove"...at 8:00am, it's an encore edition of 'Words and Music" featuring a 45 minute interview with safire on my celebrity hotline. I'll then fill in the remainder of the show with music by you-know-who.

I am trying to arrange an all new interview with Ms. Cosme during her stay in Chicago this weekend, so keep your ears pierced.

Internet fans, I'm sorry to report that the WLUW website is still down...Chicago fans, you're in for a treat.
