Collage definitely is at the top of the list when it comes to "cheesy". The only reason I bought some of his singles were because of Denine. Other than that, I've yet to buy his albums. He made such a fool of himself when I saw his performance at the Roxy a few years back. That MF was drunk on stage, and couldn't even keep up with Denine. I think he actually forgot the words to his own songs. Sucka!
 
OMG TRAN MAN what are u gonna say next? that Luca's SO EXCITED is cheesy? 😱 NV's GIRL U HEAR ME CRYING is one of my TOP TEN freestyle songs of ALLLL TIME!!!!(that means OLD and NEW!!!)... and Tiana's... sheesh that song is dope.. I personally love it...

There are many songs that are really cheesy.. from those artist that make like one song and die out since they got no voice and no good equipment to make the beats lol... but there are just waaaaaaaaaay too many to name

tran man, not ALL ARTISTS make themselves known on this board. Many just come and read and never ever post. I honestly know one singer that comes here that's name has already been mentioned! 🙁

chica u like girl u hear me crying? sure the lyrics are ok, but when i listen to that song i get ticked off by that guy's weak voice. dont worry i think luca has a good song there.

ya, you're rite guido elissa was mentioned by the famous GINA here. but again im not the first one or the only one who has made a negative post. life goes on still with or without these negative threads so dont worry about this. 🙂
 
well lets be honest there are alot of cheesy songs hence the downfall of freestyle...what comes to my mind is the nasty boys "when your young and in love"...song was just corny!!
 
Kenny just because an artist visits this site doesn't mean they won't hear a negative critique from their fans.. it's only normal and needed

I was kidding cutie pie. besides I am the first to say that I don't like some of my own songs, it's no biggie. those damn orchestra hits drive me insane!..LOL

I might be way off here, but even if a song is "cheesy", I am one who would probably still enjoy listening to it. (unless it $uck$ totally)

I might just love the person's voice or what the song is about...

I agree with most of the comments you've made, but I never considered them cheesy songs... I still enjoyed them because of their talented voices and such.

(I know, I'm corny). 🙂

yeah another song is freestyle for life by freestyle all stars im sorry but its really really 'cheesy' and u know wut im friends with some singers and i tell them straight up if i dont like their stuff its natural to hear criticism

gina i agree freestyle for life is cheezy but the beat is normal.

siamesesher we've discussed that beat for months and months here, it's best not to talk and argue about planet rock anymore because it just drags on and on. sorry. but i dont know why it's the standard, it still sounds cool tho.

tran man, after the first 15,000 songs with those orchestra hits, that define every beginning of the choreography for freestyle back in the day!, I would rather not hear another orchestra hit again!!!!!!! LMAOOOOO!!

I am relatively new here, so that I didn't know you discussed Planet Rock loop to the point of exhaustion. If there is an old thread you know the name of, then I can read that to see what the opinion was back then.


Speaking of Orchestra Hits, NYASIA, I will give you a guitar riff and a dmx drum solo for 3 Orchestra hits and tremelo strings. Right now this is market value for Orchestra Hits, The Market keeps fluctuating 🙁

So I will be busy now till 2031 reading all those.
 
the beat of that song is normal but the lyrics and concept are a little cheesy 😛
