The only song I know that's called "Cheap Thrills" is the one by the oldschool group Planet Patrol. But it doesn't have a housebeat, it's a Freestyle/Planet Rock beat.

The chorus goes like this "Cheap Thrills! mean nothing/If you have a broken heart"
