It not a major outbreak and mainly in the West. I am eating less meat though; it is not due to the Mad cow outbreak but because I'm trying to get in shape. I agree with cArLiToS WaY and I am eating more Vegetables. It really help because since last year I took off about 35 lbs but exercise and dieting also help.

Im So Mad The Burger I Was Feenin For.... Well I Ordered It I Told Them Well Done & It Was Pink!!!! I Just Threw It Away & Called Them & Cursed Them Out (cause Im Never Eating There Again Anyway Lol) Grrrrrrr Ill Stick To Steak If Im Eat Anything.....
