I feel so bad for my mother.. she was engaged to be married in 2 weeks from today, Valentine's day. They've known each other for years now and were very much in love, and things seemed okay, but all of a sudden this stupid guy(used in place of many other things I should refer to him as) decides to cancel the wedding, and end the entire relationship. Everything was set, she paid for the hall, and of course cant get the deposit back, she bought his ring, and a really expensive gown. She is a wreck right now and I feel soo helpless. I really know now nothing does last forever, and sometimes no matter what the circumstance is, people change their minds, and hearts are broken. :sosad
 
Although I don't know the circumstances, I have a feeling the marriage was just an attempt to try and fix something that may have been fundamentally broken to begin with. Although unfortunate, It's probably better that this happened now than later. It could have gotten bad for both of them after the wedding only making life unbearable in time. In the grand scheme of thing, these type of things happen for a reason. It's really sad this had to go down like this though. My prayers to all involved 🙁
 
sorry to hear this. hope that time will heal, your mom needs you to be there for her. just be supportive.

aawww, fantasy... I hope you're mom gets through this. It'll be touch on her, but she has you and that's a blessing.
