I go to the Roxy to skate. Come down
...Hi from the sk8er who loves to tell of his battle with Brenda K Star.
In the past Brenda use to Skate at the Roxy and one day the star light rollers went there to battle the solar rollers . I had the pleasure of going against Brenda K . She was a good skater back in the days . I Like the girl but she was to full of her self at the time . Durring our battle I did a split between her legs and I got a peek up her skirt . lol...true? yes it is true . She was wearing a cute mini .oooooh nice view. The solar rollers were upset that I did that to her . I feel we did not win our battle with the solar rollers but I can at least say I battled K star .

Brenda If your out there looking at this posting . Is it true? I remember .. Do you? Take care Brenda and Keep singing . You have a beautiful voice

i bet alot of people have stories about brenda. my old childhood friend's wife went to school with brenda in the bronx. brenda got into a fight one day and brenda got her shirt ripped off and she ran around in her bra. i dunno why it happened though!!😱
 
i have met Brenda a few times, & had the pleasure to hang out with her on a few occasions, .......& she never acted "stuck up" with me & my friends.

She was really friendly & easy to talk to.


But im pretty sure she was way back then, ....
most artists go thru that lil' "i'm a Star" stage early in their careers. Some get over it......& unfortunately, ...some don't.

But she was kool.

I remember when Brenda was having her first baby....wow that was a long time ago. stuck up or not she is still one of my favorites!
by the way does anyone go rollerskating in NY? i sometimes go to the roxy on wed to skate,it's a blast

I saw Brenda K. Starr perform @ Latinquarter back on Jan. 2000, and she was 5 months pregnant with her fourth child. She was dancing like there was no tomorrow!!! She does have a good voice, but let me tell you, she kept on performing her same several spanish songs, over and over, and over....PHEW!!!!

ive met brenda a few times over the years when shes been in town and i must say she has never been anything but nice to me or anyone ive introduced to her...very warm and VERY talkative.

ive met up with her at different points of her career and never saw any hint of being stuck on herself!

I've met Brenda...The first time was at a baby shower I threw for my girlfriend who was in the biz...She was preggers with her 2nd baby..I got her autograph and she mentioned how good my food was!..A while after that I saw her a few times shopping at Toys R Us in North Bergen N.J....She was nice at first ,but I don't know if she was being a snob at the store or if she was embarrassed that I recognized her.

I remember that joint! I never got to go, becuz well we were all 13/14 and nobody ever took us! I remember everyone used to perform there! Just like in Atlantis water park, and the concert Metro Zoo on Halloween! Hialeah Spring Fest! Ahhh THE GOOD OLD DAYS!

she shops at toys r us in north bergen??? get out of here...i was just there!!! get my daughter her 6th handy dandy notebook...lol they need to make them more durable...anyway i have to shop there more...be on the look out!!!!
