actually friggin ant you have the fix backwards. u should go to symantec first to remove the worm then after it's removed u download the fix. the patch will not install thats what the worm does!!

actually the correct way is to first off press and hold ctrl and alt the press delete to open ur task manager(if u dont you will continue getting problems and the virus will not be completely removed) click on processes then image name, look for the ms.blast.exe click on it then end process then go to symantec to remove the worm.
