I know this one is tough, but, lets have it.

As for me, I had all their records, but my over-all fav would have to be Expose.
But I do love "Hooked on You"... A LOT, hmmm I also have a lot of fond memories with "You're My One & Only", Damn, this is hard!!
 
i cannot pick cuz all this girl groups were some thing special to in some way, they had thier own sound and make a mark in the music world aka freestyle to me they were all good
 
I am going to have to agree with CandyLandGirl. Eventhough all of the groups have had sucess, my all time fav is Expose. The reason is becasue they have had a more comercial apeal (crossover) then the other groups and they were one of the first girl groups out there. As far as lyrically, production and longevity they have with stood the test of time.
 
it would be a tie between Expose' & Cover Girls for me. I love them both.
 
Yeah VERY tough choice... but I'll go with Sweet Sensation ...because not only did they have alot of hits.. but they were naturally Flawless on Stage...
 
i so love the cover girls and seduction was my soundtrack in the summer of 91 but i have to go with sweet sensation - because i loved them even when i hated freestyle. (wasnt a fan of the genre till '94). so there goes - i went with Betty and the girls lol
