A couple of weeks ago I got bagged with a ticket because I had the phone in my hand..I wasn't talking to anyone i was just placing it on a phone holder, So I recieved a 90 ticket..Sc@&bag

Yeah these cops get away with everything. And you can't argue with them because you're always wrong in their eyes. That sucks that they gave you that tix.............
 
I dont see the need for blabbering on the road when driving.
 
I hear what you're sayin LaBetty about the dialing and stuff but to me...like I said even the speaker deal and the earpiece would be just as distracting.

As for me...I avoid talking on my phone while driving unless its totally necessary...calling 911 cuz of an accident that had just happened...had that happen to me once...calling for directions cuz mah azzzz is lost as a mofo (I usually pull over when I do that though!) LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the phone rings while I'm driving...I check the number...if it's not my mom then the call doesn't get answered until after I get to where I'm going.

That suks Nasty, as for me I dont talk and drive, if the phone rings I will pull over and talk. And I just might call Penny Crone on their asses. Gonna look up the website right now.
 
I need to be banned from driving and talking period I get distracted and miss my turns cause Im talking in my ride....I did that a few times Sat.... LOL
 
whats a pain in the ass is talking on IM thru your phone when u driving..i'm always mispelling words or abbreviating just to write faster..then the other person is like wtf r u writing LOL

i think we can do w/out dialing or talking up a storm...
Helloooo...all Cell phones have Caller ID and Voicemail..if anyone calls
ya ...you can call em back when you've gotten to your destination..
 
i hate those assholes talkin on their phone as their driving they always almost hit me!
i hate those Nextel phones too!(especially in public) God not everyone want to hear there entire phone conversation, its fu(king rude!
