I think Civic Gina and sxychica pretty much sumed up what I was thinking...


I don't usually browse this part of the forum...but this time i decided to.

I truly believe that Remus and Traian, Desire, Thiago, AND Zoe are all talented artists....If they weren't, I'm sure they wouldn't have been invited to the "US" to be part of a major freestyle show...
(which is exactly what sxy said...i hope i dont repeat too much. lol)

When I saw Desire live a couple of weeks ago, I think she did a fantastic job...could be a few reasons...
--maybe she wasn't as nervous...i mean, she was performing in her hometown, with a group of people she knows...Im 99% guessing it was probably just nerves! Considering its NOT her hometown... Leave the poor girl alone....She's new...she's trying....everyone learns from their mistakes, don't they? So whatever mistake "you" think she did....maybe it will be improved for the next show!!! Same goes for Remus and Traian, as well as Thiago! As to if he's a "guy"....is that suppoesed to be funny? :lame ....cuz it's not...maybe its something I would say in grade 1....not knowing your age, you don't seem mature at all...

Anyways I dont wanna argue my point, since its been stated quite clearly by two HUGE Canadian freestyle supporters...I'm also one of them...and maybe some people can sit and laugh while people shoot their mouths...but we dont fall into that category!
 
Hmmm this is lookin like it's gonna get ugly.

I enjoyed the other canadian acts but Desire needs to get more into her show...she looked like she was being put thru some sort of torture and how do you expect the fans to get into your song when you stand there like you're tryin to hold up a wall? Along with that she messed up the lyrics...we were right in front of the stage and we were able to notice that...had she put on a better performance we probably wouldn't have caught it, but we did and that just turned me off more. Her song is nice though. She just needs to work on a better presentation while she's on stage.

TMS mama.. this is like her second show... I don't see HOW she could have put a better show.. she has NO experience in doing so.. she's learning...

I agree that, you know, it's kinda unprofessional nad whatever... but judgin her like that was not really needed... so she messed up, so she didn't want to be there... I doubt this is a reason really... there must be a real reason behind that...

either way.. no reason to chew on old news.. all i wanted to do is give my 2 cents after reading that review... and i think i made it clear enough that i didn't appreciate it...

Hey whats up?

First off I would like to thank everyone in NEW YORK!! who supported me while I was there.. It was the most Amazing Experience and defenatly a diffrent experience not performing in my home town Toronto. I am glad that most of you enjoyed My show. Im sure that if I would return to NY My show would be 100 times more better because I know that I would have people who support me in NY! All of you are truly amazing. Being a NEW Canadian Artist and going to perform in another place other than 'Home' can be nerve wrecking but We all gave it our best and tried our best to put on the best show we possibly could. I'd like to thank Mickey Garcia for giving me and the other artists this Opportunity to perform in NY..and of course everyone who contriubed to it. It was truly a blessing and a big experience for all of us. Words canno't explain what I felt like getting on stage and seeing you all cheering and singing along to my song and dancing, One of my dreams was to perform in the United States and I have and while I was on stage I remember everyone cheering and clapping their hands with me ..this is a feeling I will never forget.. you all made my dream become a reality that night at backdrafts and it makes me want to continue what I do. THANK YOU NEW YORK FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!

Well would you look at that...I wasn't the only one offended by the comments made...I am also glad to see that Thiago posted up and had the class to thank everyone for the experience and ignore the comments that were made, I personally don't think I would be able to hold back GOOD JOB THIAGO on your post and on your performance...I'm sure Zoe will be also posting up once she sees this to thank you all also...anyways I will mos def be attending a show now in NYC cuz I wanna see wut all the fkn hype is about...I've seen most Canadian artists perform live and a lot of American artists (lil suzy, cynthia, cover girls, johnny o, stevie b just to name a few) and not for anything but some weren't all that impressive but I ain't gonna sit here and bash cuz like I said before some people are better performers than others...

I posted what I saw.. what I took from the show. How I felt about them. I never said anything bad about their music. I actually enjoyed their music, Remus and Traian ...i wasn't feelin at all!!!; Desire's song was good but her stage presence sucked big time; Thiago Derucio's song was definately a HIT; Zoe ~ just as I said before I was so tired by the time she performed.. but her music was good!

Well its true, Civic! When he first came on stage .. I was like WTF!!!??!! But I didn't take his talent away because of his appearance...

Mind you I don't know what he was wearing at the show but again I know the styles are way different here...I know that not only do we sing different and have different music but we dress different and look different...and it's a amazing cuz we're onlye 1 away from the border lol...
 
ok ladies we need a time out. every one is entittled to his or her own opinions. if you are gonna perform you have to be open to criticism.

Criticism yes aim I totally agree...but what seems like bashing/mocking and immature comments well that ini my opinion is uncalled for...wutever like chica says no one views our forum no one knows shyt about our music that's why reactions were as they were..im out

i was so tired when zoe came on. i love her music.
 
If your interested in Zoe check out the Canadian forum I did an interview on her a couple months back...she too is a member here 🙂
 
If you are interested in any of the songs that are played in her intro let me know..i can work something out for those interersted
