Back in the day, my moms used to beat my @@@ with this chancleta (slipper) that was brown leather, and had "Puerto Rico" in gold letters on the side of it. Anybody with a Puerto Rican mother has gotten a beating by this slipper.
Back in the day, we used to play freeze tag, and if not that, skelly, and if not that, hide and go seek, and if not that, steal the bacon, and if not that, red light green light 1,2,3, and if not that, Red Rover. We've all been seriously injured playing red rover and one point or another.
Back in the day, I used to beast all over the house for change whenever I heard the ice cream truck comin, and practically kill myself runnin downstairs to get there.
Back in the day, chics used to spray their bangs with crazy hair spray so they'd sit like 6 inches above their forehead.
Back in the day, Heartthrobs and La Mirage was the shiat!
Back in the day, guys used to wear tight pants and swore they were gods gift to women!
