😕 Argyris Argyriou (aka hard2pleaz), email me ASAP. I received this bill for $48.88 from Airborne Express.I thought that I had paid for the shipping when sending the International Money Order in the amount of $105?!? Wazzzup with this?!?
 
that punk ass muther phuker never cleared it up i sent him the second bill i got like ant did..that punk ass!

YES, I HAD/HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. IT'S DISSAPOINTING CAUSE I THOPUGHT HE WAS AN HONEST GUY. I HAD A FEELING HE WAS DARKANGEL AS WELL. ANYWHOW, YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL. THE SENDER IS. AIRBORNE EXPRESS WILL SEE AN OBVIOUS PATTERN, WHICH I WILL CERTAINLY BRING TO THEIR ATTENTION IF I CONTINUE TO HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS. I SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME.
 
😕 Thanks for all the tips. If I had only seen your previous posts on this issue before I purchased from ??Hard2pleaz, ??DarkAngel, ??Argyris or whatever flavor he/she likes to call themselves. I already called Airborne but they said in order to re-bill to a Canadian party, they need written authorization from them accepting responsibility for payment. Upon receipt of such documentation, they will adjust the bill accordingly. I have emailed Argyris but no response??!!? Has this happened to you also? I will try calling Airborne again on this and yes they did give me a Reference#.
 
I had the same exact problem. Call them and tell them you have sent several emails with no response and you dont have his number. Thats what I did. I told THEM to get a hold of him if they want the shipping paid. It is not our problem, it's theirs. I worked for Fedex and its the same thing. THE SENDER is responsible for the shipping bill if the receiver refuses. You may want to also tell Airborne that many other people are having the same problem with that particular sender. Good luck...
 
i have been on the phone with airborn express numerous times and have been told we are responsible because he is from canada and they need a written signature. when you call them do not let them know you signed for it. say it was left at your front door because the invoice claims you are responsible when you sign for it. mention my name also. they have spoken to me about this guy several times. tell them "kris jokinen" from buffalo ny and they have all sorts of notes on me and they are currently investigating what he has done. if you admit to signing for the package than they claim you agree to pay the shipping since thats on the invoice. he basically tricked us all. but legally they cannot do that. say a neighbor or something must have signed fot it. they will say if you accepted the package than you are responsible but they cannot prove you signed for it so keep calling and complaining and under no circumstances should anyone pay these bills. there are loopholes in their system and they will get him.

Thats right. I was told the same thing. I let the person on the phone know what is going on. She is going to do an investigation. I told her to expect more complaints about the same person. She told me that the recipient DOES NOT have to pay. They can refuse. You just have to call a few times to clear it up. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you have to tell them that others are being scammed the same. THAT puts a whole new twist on it. They will make a special note after you call to clear it up. MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM ITS HAPPENING TO MANY PEOPLE! They will see the pattern.

Antonio, you're right. That name shows up on the billing statement. Thanks to everyone for the info. AnthonyA1971, I called Airborne Express last night and explained the situation. You are correct that the Sender is RESPONSIBLE for the shipping charges! :yeey
