Got a good record that has a bad warp...is there anyway to reduce the warp itself?? I dont know of any but maybe someone has a secret they can share....thanks 😎

Oh snap, I don't have vinyls, but this is a cool reading (The links). Thanks guys, I didn't know such a thing could happen to Vinyls!

Yo but that is crazy!

Why? Heat? Or don't tell me it happens just like that. Is there a cause?

😕

Yeah, 2 reasons. One can be due to heat (remember a vinyl record contains wax) .....or it can be due to a bad pressing. I'll try to fix it and let you know the results! lol 😀 😎

Thanks Ant. 😎

I have another question if you have time. When you fix it, will it skip when it plays? 😕

Anthony - I once heard if you place the record in an oven at relatively low temperature and monitor the record frequently (so it doesn't melt), you can remove warp. Personally, I have never tried it, but hey, it sounds feasible.
