I think you might be talking about Anthony Norris.

If so, you can find his stuff on those German Freestyle compilations that ZYX puts out.

you know what that might be the name. I thought it was lawerence cause ithe song was being played in a club, and i went and asked the Dj who the artist was and thtas what I heard...so maybe he said Norris. Thanks a lot man...on to lime wire now!
