I ran into Lissette Melendez near John Jay College and Noel at Tower records. on 66th street in NYC.
 
I was at a stevie b show in fresno, CA and i seen this guy in the audience that looked hella familier...sure enough It was Timmy T. He was just chillin with his girl..it was pretty cool. we chopped it up for a few then went back to the show.
 
Lisa Lisa used to come to parties at my school, Hunter College, when I went there in the 80s. I think her brother used to go there so she'd always come with him. Also ran into her at Macy's on 34th Street and at the movies once. Used to see Noel at this club called La Palace de Beaute, which was once The Underground. Also used to see K7 at this club called Hot Rods, which played classic songs. It was an after-work type of party, and also once ran into one of the singers from Amoretto (Clave Rocks) on the subway. She was nice and seemed shocked to have been recognzied, but I had just seen her perform at 1018 the weekend before. :sflower
 
I saw Johnny O and his manager at like book store in 1996/ 1997 over there in Santa Clara St. in San Jo, and my homegirl told me she saw Stevie B at the grocery store buying Milk also in San Jo. lol
 
i literally ran into coro at the memorial day concert at latin quarters last year..i was running out of the mens room without really looking and he was standing right in my path when BOOM.. i was like "oohh sorry my bad" looked up and said "oh shit youre coro man im soo sorry"!! almost killed the next act up on stage whew lol
 
I once danced with lisa lisa at a Mic Mac private party in Manhattan. I still remember the song, it's called, I'm sorry, a reggae song that came out back sometime in 1988. If I'm not mistaken I believe Coro was there.

Amoretto (All three ORIGINALS) the only real real one from the album cover is Jessica. Jessica says she & Jeanette who sang lead on Clave Rocks dated the same guy back when. Lydia Lee Love (Jessica says she used to date Lydia's current guy). Hmmm....Incestuous community?

Unsure if I really ran into a freestyle artist, but one dance artist of the 80's I did run into and talked to was VANITY, she was soo beautiful and such a beautiful person as well, talked to her for about 30 minutes.That was in the 1990's.
