I saw them this past weekend at Soundgarden and they announced the name of the new CD would be "It's A New Day" and they would be releasing it soon. But they didn't perform anything new or go any further with information on it.
George came in and joined K7 and Tony when they sang Maria at the end! IT WAS TERRIFIC!!!
I'm excited and can't wait to hear it!

I have to agree with Orgntr1 on this, it's impossible to have a
GL favorite, simply because he's amazingly talented! Every sound
that comes from his voice his unique and unheard of! Like you say,
Whether it was Freestyle R & B/ or Salsa he has always exceeded my
demands as far as music....If you DO NOT FOCUS on the GENRE, or on
something, you're ALREADY EXPECTING, or have MADE UP YOUR OWN MIND
about....then I can tell you that you will be Surprised, and you
will NOT be dissapointed with the new material, I've listened to
it over & over and he doesn't seize to Amaze Me More & More,
Everytime I hear it! You cannot expect any less of GL. The combo
of Kay and GL's voices and TonyO in the background, is an undenyably
amazing unique blend. I can honestly say, that this can take them to
another level. If your a fan of THEM AS ARTISTS, and not b-cuz they
are the so called KINGS OF FREESTYLE, then they will make it there,
with each and everyone's support.

THE NEW MATERIAL, BECAUSE, ITS A NEW SOUND FOR TKA ANG GL, AND

THE STYLE, AND THEIR VOICES-TOGETHER IS OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING UNHEARD
OF, AND IT SOUNDS GOOD. AND I'M NOT JUST SAYING SO, JUST CUZ, I AM
PERSONALLY SURPRISED AND IN AWWWEEE OF HOW GOOD IT SOUNDS. THE GUYZ

I posted on the TKA yahoo club board and didnt get a reply from a soul about the show. I thought TKA fans had died. I hope their site will be up soon.
This was a terrific performance! I am trying to get the sound file online so others can hear it.
I can't wait and hope this goes well for them.

hey how is everybody doing at clubfreestyle?since im the one who posted this thread.i want to direct my question too kenny guido.what exactly did tony of tka say about the new tka album?.lets be specific allright!please give us all the details or dont say anything.the fans at clubfreestyle deserve to know.i would love to hear tka do some salsa or R&B music and freestyle. it would be a nice combination.it also would seem real ironic to hear them do something like that.but its always good to try different sounds,and surprise the fans.

The only reason I knew TKA was performing at the SG was cause Amber was performing there the same night. Otherwise I would not have known.

Tonyalso7.........at this moment dont ask anyone about TKA or GL unless it's from the guys themselves. There's been situations that Kenny was picked on because of spreading info. It's really stupid to start up some he/she said again. I understand your very interested of their new sounds. Just come to the chat, and maybe you'll speak to Tony or Kay. Let's not ask things from others unless it's from Kay or Tony because we dont want to draw up anything, these days people can take info the wrong way, for that ask the people that's involved.

this is true but considering i obtained it from from a member whom had previosly announced it in public, I'm safe. 🙂
 
Why not just wait until that album is out to hype it up? For right now we got other slammin' Freestyle albums out that need support!
