The owners of these dogs have to pay for this, heavily. They take pride when thier beasts can rip apart a 3 pound animal as if it were some type of "challenge". The dogs are trained to be this agressive and the owners that own them are fully aware of the horror that they can impose.

Dogs make great pets, but this breed needs to be trained to be tamed. I belive they are naturally agressive in nature.

And why is it that 99% of their owners are low-lifes or thugs??
