The story of that song (as told to me) is that one of the members (Charlie, Oscar Pabon?) met a girl by chance in NYC and he had an INCREDIBLE time -w- her on the same day. I was told that in the one brief day he fell really hard for her.

In the end, he never heard from her after that ONE day.

Hence, the song.
