I live in the attic of the house, so my a.c. gets turned on by end of April, and usually runs until about mid Sept.

Same here... I walk in and throw both of them on... one in the living room and the one in my room... as soon as I get home from work! I love the summer heat, but I live on the last floor of my building and in the summer without the AC stuff MELTS in my house.. lmaoooo.. I have candles that have "leaned back" because of the heat!!!
