It lasted for a year and a half, then dark clouds settled in, and the entrance closed. Gone, was the other side of my heart, because I had to cut it off. To this day, my ex-wife loves me, and she always will, cause she said so, but I guess that is that. It's great being in love, but a love that you feel secured. Man, it's great, she is your best friend right there for you. 😀

i was.... well, can't say its past-tense.... you never really stop.... she moved on... and i pretended like i have too.... but, once you're that engrossed in love and in the person you love... don't know if you can ever really move on...... oh well, i'll keep marching through the black of the night... see where it leads me.

I believe that if you truly love some body that you will always love that person no matter what. You will love other people in your life but not like that one love.
Like i have been in love twice.
My first love was Angel Perez. He is in the Air Force and he asked me to marry him. I said yes, but things happened and we called it off. So we went our different ways. I still love him til this day. Even after all the shit he used to put me through. He is my first love and I will love him forever. He's getting married now. To some other girl. After I told him I wanted him back. But I don't hate him, I still love him more than ever. I just hope he finds happiness in this woman that he couldn't find in me. I just means me and him were not meant to be. I love you Angel.
My second love was Rich. I loved him, but not like I love Angel. I still love Rich too. Though we didn't last. But now I love rich in a friend way not like I love Angel.
I don't know if you people really understand me.

Love certainly is great, especially an everlasting love that is faithful, and respectful, and loving one another, and showing it by your actions, not a deceiving love. 🙂

my first love and i were together in high school...when he left for college in Hawaii that's when it ended. but my love for him stayed with me for years and it controlled the way i felt for other men. it felt like no one else could compare. until i met my last love...
he was a man i always dreamed of being with...but never imagined i would, because it seemed too good to be true. when he came into my life all i wanted to do was be a better woman for him...to stop obsessing over my first love and to finally move on. my love for him is still here...it's lasting...but the relationship had to end due to circumstances.
