Bo sang Time In a Bottle by Jim Croce. I thought he did a great job. Carrie did an excellent rendition of Alone by Heart. Mikailah really ruined Love Will Lead You Back. Sometimes I really think Paula Abdul is on crack. She said Mikailah's vocie reminded her of Taylor Dayne. WHAT?!! Mikailah is lucky she made it this far but no way does she deserve to be in the Top 10!! I voted so many times last night..now I gotta do it all over again tonight? Geez lol

OMG,.... Against All Odds... that's one of my VERY FAVORITE songs. How did he sound?

Carrie sang Alone.... that's a really good song and I'm glad she did well.

Randi, don't like Mikalaih much? lol j/k girl, you know i love you. lol
 
I only watch the first few episodes of American Idol...you know the one that everyone and their dog try out 😀

probably the only reason mikayla made it so far is cause her family probably voting 100 times each. i really dont thinks thats fair either..u should only be able to vote once
 
they used the same people that published "scratch and match" for the daily news thats what happened

Randi - no offense taken - everyone is entitled to their opinion. Carrie and Bo have very nice voices, but do they have what it takes to be superstar? Not in my opinion. There is no spark, no fire, no charisma. Watch a young Madonna in an old video and you can FEEL the star quality oozing out of the tv screen. I don't see that in anyone here.
 
i dont care for american idol, i got hooked on it last year & swore i'd never watch again.. but it's hogging the timeslot for POINT PLEASANT tomorrow night! thats whats gettin me :mad
 
Damian...I do think Bo has star quality...like Simon Cowell says, he doesnt seem like a contestant in a competition, he looks like someone who has been doing this for awhile. Plus this is all a new thing for a lot of them..it doesnt mean they cant be big stars someday. Even Kelly Clarkson didnt necesarily have star quality at first, but she had a great voice. And as for Madonna, she may have the star quality but she doesnt have the greatest voice (even though I do like many of her songs). But I respect your opinion Damian 🙂

I was so quick to say "get Mikalah off" but last night she was so funny to me in how she would not back down and insisted that she deserved to be there, I couldn't help but want to vote for her for one more week. Don't get me wrong, she does not deserve to win because she needs lots of training, but she had guts and I liked that about her. My vote still goes to the girl who rocked "Alone" by Heart.
 
Hi Ivan..I can see Mikaila in a comedy show or something but she is no singer. I hope you are kidding and you didnt really vote for her! Thats the problem...people give sympathy votes instead of voting for people for the right reasons and thats for singing good! Carrie..the girl who sang "Alone" was awesome!

I didn't actually vote for anyone, but I wanted to give her a sympathy vote. She sure as hell can't sing, but she can go places with that personality and the right vocal coach. She should come back on in a few years after she gets control over her voice. Carrie's the ticket!! And how about that horrible Anwar?? My ears were bleeding.
 
Well Im glad you didnt vote Ivan lol...sympathy votes arent the answer! This is a singing contest not a popularity contest and people shouldnt forget that. I didnt care for Anwar this week but he has had some very good performances. I highly doubt he would win though.

How the hell is Simon gonna tell Carrie that she's gonna win the competition and then gonna tell Jessica she's got the strongest voice out the group? :freek
 
Ivan, I know how you feel. lol Mikalah is hysterical and sh*t for such a young girl, she has sooo much confidence and drive.

As for her singing, she has a good voice when she sings normal, but when she does that fran dresher (spell?) sound... it goes right through me. She definitely isn't the one that will win, but I can see her sticking around a week longer. (but then again, with the talent that is there, she really should be going VERY SOON).

My pick for the last man standing... Carrie, Bo, Scott... (Vonzell sounded real good to me and Nadia too). 🙂confused Nadia dedicated her mohawk to Mario???) (SIMOM DID NOT LOOK PLEASED)

Simon is so funny to me, he just doesn't care and says whatever he is thinking. The way a little old lady would do, ya know? Like when he said to Carrie, I like your hair much better today then last night, I hit the floor.
