no offense to her but I was listening to the frenzy yesterday and heard her song "forever". is it just me or does she sorta have a voice for country music?😱

Has she even come out with anything recently? Like within the last year or something?

like dquattro i heard something about a rock or rock influenced single or cd not too sure the only thing i can tell u is to email tony monaco
u can either pm him here cuz hes a member or try www.tonymonacoradio.com also elissa may know since shes a member here too u can pm her
but im pretty sure she had a rock cd like im almost postitive on that
and i dont here the country thing in her voice tran lol and hey dont be saying that about one of my all time fave freestyle songs cuz now when i hear it im gonna be thinking about that lmao

I saw a feature on her on the Greek TV show in Toronto a while back, and she was supposed to release an album of classical guitar music. Apparently, she is quite a talented classical guitarist.

she's been in it a few years now, she wanted to grow as a musician and i'm happy for her, i wish her all the luck in the world. From what i hear she is doing well too.

so what name is she under? can we find her album somewhere???😛

that sounds nice for her thereo, she really does have the voice to go along with guitars. 🙂I haven't heard from her for a while tho

Alexia Phillips..yes yes!

Yeah..she's changed her name, new look, ,and new sound.
The sad thing is that there is little to no money in the dance/club music industry. It's sad, cause i think that our dance artists have as much talents as some other artists out there. The fact is that sometimes the artist needs to make a step in a new direction, try new things and test new waters for any recognition to be mad.

What pisses me off is that no matter how hard you try, without the proper push or marketing dancee music will NEVER be regarded for it's true worth. People see dance music as geeks behind keyboards making music, we all know there is more to it than that, to bad the rest of the industry doesn't see this.

With dance departments in labels closing down all kinds, makes you wonder where the treasured dance acts of 2002 will be in 2005.

Anyways, just something to think about.

i think she is going under kathy stratus (something like that)

Dimi, i have no clue! sorry not much help from that

DRC, your right there is not alot of money in Dance, being in the clubs all people want is house, and mostly R&B and that doesn't help this industry at all.

Hi everyone,

I'm doing fine, I'm still working on some new material, that should be released in the near future. As soon as I find out any more information I will let you guys know. As for Alexia Phillips working on rock music, its true. She's going by the name Katherine Stratus (I think that's the correct spelling) I'll talk to you freestyle lovers soon.

Love ya:hearton
