He just released a full-lentgh CD on Empire Music Werks (distributed by Hot JWP Music - Florida). You have the classics he sang with TKA, and you will also find some new songs and some tracks from & More that he decided to sing too. It's a good album/compilation to get in your hands.

He also illegally used TKA's songs without permission. he can use the sale of the cds to cover his lawsuit!😛
 
well, maybe the word" illegally" was a bit to harsh of a word to use but he did not get permission from anyone on TKA'S side to use the music.

I got more information about this comp from different people from the Freestyle business. And they told me that what you said on this board was untrue. I would like to know from who you get these information that some songs were "illegally" published in the Aby's comp.
Hot JWP Nusic is a famous label in Freestyle and Dance music. They won't accept to publish a comp (even through a affiliated label as Empire Music Werks) without the authorization of the persons who are concerned.

Aby was a member of TKA, so, he certainly got the rights for all the tracks he sang on this comp. It will be cool if somebody from TKA can post the exact story!!!:stoned

I emailed to Aby but he didn't reply to me yet.

I don't have any advice to tell you Kenny, but you should think twice before to say something like that. You can go to the court for less than the words you said especially on a public board.

I just spoke to someone in their camp and things are not good. put it this way, ABY may have sang in some of the songs, but not all. He did not get permission from the song writer to record them. its touchy right now, but you will see.
