I came upon a rose suddenly,
Neither one of us expecting to meet.
It was like fate had planted this rose for me.
Yet it didnt cause my heart to beat.
I watched this rose intent, no thorn upon it's stem.
I was stunned by it's beauty and it's tint.
The base a brown so bright, almost like a gem.
The Rose itself, candy coated red like an apple, it's petals looked always wet.
This, I thought, was the same type of symbol, but of what, I knew not yet.
It still had no true identity,
But more and more I wanted it near.
Never letting go of the possibility, that to this rose, my heart was growing clear.
When I realized that emotionally the rose was trying to speak.
I was affected so completely,
that the vibe made my legs weak.
Not having much to give,
I knew I could not let it slip away.
Together the rose and I should live,
I wanted love to stay.
I thought that love should have a name,
So I called my rose Adore.
I truly cherished it without shame.
Need I say anything more?
