A Question about "Heaven"

Ok, I'm sure I asked this before, but I'm asking again, to see if I get a straight answer.

Eyra Gail's remake of "Heaven"....is that freestyle? I'm not talking about the Johnny Budz version, but the Marano Mix that KTU plays. My brother and I always thought it was techno/rave sounding, but I've been told it's freestyle.

Well, what's everyone think?

Actually I think its consider techno....but it does have a lil Freestyle in it
