Sometimes a mere moment is everything
Don't ask why
Nature paints a peaceful scene
As angels above us cry
Tears for the souls lost below us
Prayers for the ones stranded here
Peace of mind finally awaits us
Why be so full of fear?
A gun, a knife, a bottle of pills
They all work just as fast
Devils think of her as just a cheap thrill
Her self esteem could not last
Sometimes a mere moment is everything
Death awaits you
She begged to hear the angels sing
Tonight, I do too
