The best fights are never ever ever won with punches or insults!!! That's a first rule. They are won with words but very nice and cautios words. If you get angry try smiling at him (just a thought) see how much he'll be pissed off; please
remember to have someone as a witness all the time, just on the safe side.
Of course stares are everything!! Be serious to him all the time dont laugh at his jokes if he tries to be funny.
When he's fighting stare at him seriuos and make sure he knows you're staring. If he comes forward to you in a nasty way just smile that will get him so pissed off and you wont have to do anything he might say why are you smiling blah blah blah you just be nice in a sarcasty way but stare at him serious he'll get the picture.

So far I have been nice well I havent spoken tohim lokoed at him nada so tha means I have been nice right lol. thanks for the advice chica I learned a long time ago not to let anyone at work get under my skin where they could see it.
 
Oh Lord I hear ya on this one! But I too have learned over the years not to let the ones that piss me off at work let it be visibly known how much they irritate me. Today was deff one of those days. Thing is, I'm actually cool with this woman, but today evry little f***in thing pissed me off cause I kept thinking in the back of my mind, "shiat if that was me doing what she's doing I'd be getting called in for a chat with the boss" but rather then deck her in the hallway on the way to the bathroom or something, I just by some miracle kept calm. The thing that pisses me off though is that she sometimes thinks she can get away with things because her sis is the VP of the whole friggin place. But oh well. There are assholes in every job. It sucks though to have to deal with them on top of the stress of work itself. *sigh* How many more years before retirement? LOL
