Heh...DreamWave (RIP 🙁) actually slipped quite a few references to the boards into the artwork, the majority of the employees being longtime TF fans :cool (at least one, Don F., actually posts there from time to time)

In fact, two avatars/fan characters actually got a cameo in a recent issue:
War Within Volume Three:The Age Of Wrath, page 22 (count includes ads), second and third panels -- the red 'Bot already lying deactivated would be Defunct(turn the panel upside-down to tell that its the fanchar's face), with X-Warlock the 'Con getting blasted :cool
