Triple H:
Apparently HHH's biggest challenge won't occur in the ring. An ex-flame with her mind set on making The Game's life a living hell, will come forward with wild speclations that will shake his resolve to its foundation. However, this impediment will only be temporary, and in the end, HHH will have more power than he imagined.
Brock Lesnar & Kurt Angle:
Angle will consider a run at the 2004 Olympics, but the challenge of dethroning a former NCAA and WWE Champion will keep him in the ring. After two separate showdowns fail to determine a clear-cut winner, Angle and Lesnar will sign a waiver allowing them to compete in the WWE's first-ever amataur mat classic. What makes this battle more compelling is that the fans' loyalties will lie firmly behind the American Hero.
Hulk Hogan:
After initially returning to the WWE in search of revenge, Hulk Hogan will be sidetracked by a figure from his past. Once this old nemesis is thwated, Hogan will again rise to prominence before putting everything on the line in one final dream showdown at the greatest show in sports-entertainment. If our calculations are correct, fans will be stunned by who the Hulkster's oppenent is in what will undoubtedly be the match to determine the biggest star in WWE history.
The Rock:
This is going to be a strange year for The Great One. Apparently the boos and hisses heard at SummerSlam were just a sample of what lies ahead for The Rock. Don't be suprised if The Rock is the most hated man in the WWE. And to make it worse, a certain giant will issue a bounty for the Brahma Bull's head.
Undertaker:
After failing to recapture the WWE title early in the year, Undertaker will find that securing his yard is a lot easier when you have someone watching you back. An unholy partnership will form as Big Evil enlists the aid of a few mercenaries to assist him on his path of destruction. Before the year is over, Taker will make an announcement so shocking, it will rock the world.
Y2J:
In the coming year, Y2J will become an even bigger rock star. Fozzy will release two CDs and both will go platinum, leading the group to a world tour. But the out-of-ring success will only make The King Of The World hungrier. Once all of his attention is focused on the World Title, Jericho will revert to some of his old tricks by finding a significant loophole in the WWE rulebook-one large enough to ensure him another lenthy title reign.
Lita:
In the comeback of the year, Lita will return to WWE in early 2003, while quickly revolutionizing the Women's Division for the second time. Yet around The 4th Of July, Lita will be forced to choose between her desire to compete and her love for a close one.
Booker T:
Booker will capitilize on the popularity of the Spin-A-Roony by opening a chain of dance clubs. As the checks pour in from Hollywood movie stars requesting personal dance lessons, Booker will be forced to work a part-time schedule in WWE. Perhaps the popularity of the Spin-A-Roony will prompt a certain Deadman to do the first ever Taker-Roony, but don't count on it.
Goldust:
After finally winning the Tag Team Titles, Goldust will celebrate by indulging in a little too much campagne, leading him to reveal his true feelings for a trusted tag partner. But when his unwilling protege refuses to partake in the second commitment ceremony in WWE, Goldust will take a leave of absence to reassess his career. Upon his return to the ring, Goldust will recognize his heritage and finally live the American Dream.
Edge & Christian:
Edge will suffer a great deal of defeats during the early part of the year, leading scores of fans to turn their back on the beloved Canadian Superstar. The only way Edge will be able to stop this downward spiral will be to enlist the help of a close family member. Once a great tandem from the past is reunited, a rejuvenated Edge will return to his winning ways and capture his 10th Tag Team Championship.
Kane:
Kane's personal life will take a turn for the worse when another demon from his past is revealed-only this secret will be so horrific that even the most biggest Kane-n-ites will turn their back on The Big Freak'n Machine. All this pent up frustration will only serve to make the already mentally unbalaced Kane even more dangerous. Unfortunately things may get so out of hand that the only way spectators will be able to see Kane will be to buy tickets to the circus.
Kevin Nash:
Big Sexy will silence the critics by returning from his quad injury in the best shape of his life-and months ahead of schedule. But when Nash tries to put the "band" back together, he will have to do it alone. One-by-one the seven footer will dismatle former friends who refused to run with his pack, all while amassing and impressive string to victories. Before the year is through, Nash's waist will shine with Gold.
Batista:
Batista will become the most valuable Superstar on the WWE roster. He will have defeated almost every major player in the company and will have sent a legend into retirement.
Rob Van Dam:
One of RVD's old friends is carefully watching RVD's offensive repertoire. And while this Xtreme star may have only appeared once on WWE TV, he will undoubtedly make an immediate impact by putting RVD on the shelf for a short while. Once healed and refocused, Van Dam will dispose of his foe by defeating him in ONE OF THE MOST BRUTAL MATCHES EVER SEEN ON TV. (My guess is Sabu)
Johnny Stamboli:
During the year, people will learn that Stamboli has a lot more pull around WWE than meets the eye. Through various back-stage dealings with top brass, Johnny will actually inherit a share of the company. Using this as his leverage, Stamboli will start bringin some of his "boys" into the company.
Stephanie McMahon & Eric Bischoff:
This year is ceartainly gonna be unlike previous years in WWE. With some superstars feeling like they have been pawns for the GMs constant games of on-upmanship, a strike deadline will be set. This renegade group will be unique in the company's history and will attempt to bring the WWE's leaders to their knees. The political unrest will actually cause the two GMs to unite, but their newfound association will only make things worse. Eventually the CEO will have to step in and appoint a former WWE Legend as a Commishioner to oversee the two brands. This take-no-prisoners Commish will attempt to put the tension to rest and bring the company to peace.
