1st Week of School

So, to all parents, how was your child(ren's) 1st week of school?

My 4 year old loves Pre-K. That's all he talks about. Every morning, he wakes up and rushes me to dress him. When he's finally all dressed, he wants to immediately leave. Everyday, I had to explain to him that it wasn't time to leave yet. He would tell me, "I don't want to be late. Please let's go." Boy it's been rough just trying to get him to understand. 😛

Well my daughter starts kindergarden on Monday (9/15) but my son just started preschool this week. When i asked the teacher how he was doing, she said "better than you". i guess it was obvious that i was sad leaving my baby for the first time in 4 years! :sosad oh well! at least he likes it....i should be thankful. now taking my baby girl to kindergarden on Monday, oh lord, that's gonna be hard! well, we shall see. 🙂

Hang in there Michelle. It won't be bad. Our babies are growing up. Thank god that your 4 yr old likes it. Like mine! It's worse when they cry. It would break my heart if my son cried and then I have to leave him. Your daughter is going to be a little lady on Monday. 🙂

my kids are doing amazing in school they love it....... the only one event to report was yesterday during dismissal my wife picked up my 5yr old son first & then she went around to another exit to get my 7rd old daughter, but she wasn't there...... so my wife looked all over, went back in the school & she was no where to be found...... turns out another mom took her around the school to bring her to my wife...... without anyone knowing...... Kim freaked..... she went back in the office & raised hell...... now I know the parent meant well, but you just don't take a child unless it's planned........
