age

I'm a 20 year old male and i'm kinda sorta seeing a 24 year old female and the age thing is kinda bothering me more than i thought. Her age is kinda intimidating me. It doesnt seem to be bothering her all that much. My question to everyone is does age really matter in a relationship.
