I saw Chrissy I-Eece once. The surprising thing was, she was performing as the lead singer for The Cover Girls.

AFAIK if my memory serves me neither any of the original 80s members nor the 90s members were there. No Angel, Caroline, Sunshine, Margo, no Evelyn, Michelle, etc. It was Chrissy and two backups. This was in Chicago. September 1999, at the Low Rider Megashow at McCormick Place.

Acts that performed that day were: Isaac, Judy Torres, Lizette Melendez, George LaMond, Coro, Stevie B, "The Cover Girls", Cynthia and "TKA".


TKA wasn't TKA either, if I remember correctly, just some guys singing TKA songs. They were terrible, but Chissy and her backups did an awesome show as The Cover Girls

*some chicks in the crowd were fighting each over some CDs that Stevie B tossed out.

WOW Isaac opened the show. Never knew he did shows thought he was a one hit wonder. Meaning he did a song for a cd and was gone like the wind.
