The other night on 'KTU I heard a freestyle version of the Bon Jovi song 'You Give Love a Bad Name'. I think they said it was by Coro?? Does anyone have this or know where I can get it?
Separate Ways is a new song by an artist named Dee Roberts. She also wrote One Good Reason by Nicole J McCloud. Separate Ways by Journey is one of my all-time fave songs...I think she did a pretty good job with this dance version. It definitely seems to be the trend these days to remake 80's hits into dance songs.
freestylegal-The Dee Roberts version is trance like.At first I was like oh no,not another 80's remake but its grown on me.It's like we're living the 80's all over again musically lol.
Peter- thats the song I was talking about!Thanx...do you have any more info on the song?
Yeah, I got that record..it's MUCH better in terms of being "freestyle"...It's by Jenni on Streat Beat records 1998 out of Miami....Produced by Adam Marano...side B has an Extended Freestyle Version, the best one...
"SEPARATE WAYS" by Jenni (a/k/a Stephanie Marano) was actually a pretty decent song. It sounds pretty good as a Freestyle Record (unfortunately that doesn't hold true for most other remakes). Marano's production is solid (it actually sounds like a Tazmania record)...
The remake of "ENDLESS LOVE" mentioned above was done by TPE (Adam Marano) & Denine...
