Yesterday, on a very full subway, on my way home..i glanced at a seat
as i entered the door..so i sat..moments later the young Fly black man
sitting next to me showed me a peace of paper that read: hello, im deaf,
and i have aids..at such n such level?..i have been diagnozed by such n such
medical center?..i am not contageous, just want you to know.." i noded and
said ok"....he tapped me again, and pointed at the words on the paper again,
and mouthed "u can move, i have 1 stop..i said "no, that's ok. he signaled
that the other people had moved..again i said, its "ok". he smiled.

My question, would you have moved if you had been in my place?
and if so why?.. is there people out there still ignorant of the facts
that are out there..
 
I Would Not Have Moved At All. I Would Have Thanked Him For The Info And Stayed In My Seat. You Did The Right Thing Mamas!!!

he created the mess by telling people in the first place. unless he was bleeding or secreeting other bodily fluids he has no reason to inform strangers. you were right to sit next to him. you cant cstch aids that easily. i have taken seminars on this. they even say it's not spread through saliva. but i still wonder about that.

No I would not have moved either its a biotch getting a seat at rush hour here in NYC prego and all lol. Seriously though I would have done the same thing I see people pickin they noses and then holding on to the rails, now thats gross lol. He didnt have to share that info with anyone but I guess in a way I understand why he did so. 🙂
 
He probably is doing some type of research to see how people react. Who knows you were probably part of a test.

Yeah I wouldn't move either...see I don't take public transit anymore for this very reason...I don't have the patience for the crazies
