Artistik Records is wack. It seems like they're trying to do that cheesy stuff in a desperate humiliating attempt to get on the radio. They need to keep it real and Synthia Figueroa needs to drop about 40 pounds. Why does law2k1 always sweat the gay shit.

I was just reporting the facts. Artistik stuff doesn't have that raw street appeal that real freestyle is suppose to. They have a few good songs but a lot more wack ones. Willie Valentin's song writing is too mellow and pretty. He needs to put more edge behind it like the old skool flava. They try to make Synthia Figueroa look slim on the album but when you see her perform live she looks all big like a whale. That's false advertising.

A person's appearance has nothing to do with their talent. Take Judy Torres for example. That woman has the most amazing voice in freestyle & she is chunky. She gets mad respect because of her talent NOT cause of her looks.

I've been hearing some tracks off Freestyle Parade2k1 on CPR's clubhouse show on WTCC in Springfield, and it sounds HOT! Especially Willie's solo act "How Do I love Thee" Its comin out in a couple weeks to answer the ORIGINAL question.

Not ALL freestyle from back in the day was edgy...a lot of it was cheesy, and a lot of new school is cheesy as well. I personally like willie's style, because the vocal arrangements are well done and are pretty--not a pain to the ears. The music itself has a nice new school flavor that's not cheesy, and you have to remember that music of all types evolve.
