why threads aren't emailed anymore?

this is more of a question rather than a suggestion,.....after that upgrade the other day, i can't subscribe to a thread after posting in it, u know when u post it gave u an option to have the thread e-mailed to u after someone replies to it, well it was taken out, why? now i lose track to where posted before, i have to search for the threads i posted in.

but i'm not the type of person who receives a lot of email, or post in every thread so it was perfect for me to have the thread e-mailed to me after someone replied to it.

by mistake i did that once...and yeah its a lot of email....if u really cant remember what u posted...click on ur profile and there is a link to see everypost you ever made....that should show u where ur threads are

Hello 🙂

There is no emailing threads. That feature was removed because of the strain it puts on our machines here (email server).

BUT it was replaced with "subscribe to thread" in 'YOUR CF'..
So you can subscribe to a thread and then everytime you log in to 'YOUR CF'.. the notices will be in there.
