I WAS SOOOOOO DISSAPOINTED LAST NIGHT!

for one Marc Anthony didn't even show up (he is the reason i went to the show for) and second Mariah carey also didn't perform but just introduced Alicia keys....boy you should have heard the crowd when i was leaving, everyone was mad and complaining that they paid so much money to see these acts sing and got NADA=NOTHING!

Christina milan,Deborah Cox,Craig David,Shakira and Alicia keys were dope but i have seen them all before....Marc Anthony was the artist that i wanted and was waiting for( along with everyone else), instead we got Lizza Minnelli performing last,....thanx but, um NO thanx!

there went our $200-$300 .....

This is the second time Marc Anthony pulled a no-show in the last 3 months to shows I attended. He didn't appear at Day 2 of the Michael Jackson tribute show. I have seen him perform before and he is really great live.

Mariah Carey has appeared at 4 holiday shows in NYC in the last week and hasn't performed at any of them, but the other 3 shows listed her as host and not performer.

I wasn't as disappointed as you were BB, but it could've been better orchestrated.

i actually heard a girl saying "i paid $200 to see that bitch perform and all she did was talk"...lol. and yeah...i saw that marc didn't show up. i didn't go to the show but i was at the press entrance in the back and saw everyone go in. shakira looked great..so did blu cantrell and mya....and mariah was just hot.
 
i heard ktu announce days ago that marc anthony cancelled. kenny guido how can you say ktu ripped the fans off if marc anthony is the one who cancelled. just another person on this website angered at radio because of freestyle's lack of quality material. and u know for a fact mariah told them last minute that she isn't performing, just like toni braxton did last year. my boy dj ridler said mariah told ktu she was performing, then all of a sudden yesterday says she's only gonna host. so get your facts straight kennyguido before you talk about stuff you know nothing about. ktu's ratings went UP recently.
 
in this particular instance, it has nothing to with freestyle.

Im looking at a bunch of pissed off fans wanting to see some big names perform and instead, they get the shyt end of the stick. can you tell me that any of the previous posts (other than mine) are actually applauding KTU for thier upsetting show? I THINK NOT. i see alot of pissed off fans that spent $200-$300 to see one of thier favorite artists and they got Lizza Minnelli instead!🙄

as for the annoucments, do you think everyone has time to listen to the radio just for updates on the show? No. at least have the common decentcy to adress the ticket holders somehow via phone, mail, website.
 
jack g,no i dont work for ktu. a very close friend of mine Rich (DJ Ridler) is a dj there, so i have a somewhat fair knowledge of the station.

now kennyguido wants ktu to call up 20,000 people when an artist backs out of a show. now thats funny

Other ways of informing. if they can suck $200-$300 out of you, they can at least make a God dam effort!

when they cancel a concert or game, dont they send mailers out?

this site is crazy. instead of crying like a little 'bitch' like others on this site, DO SOMETHING about it. call the damn station kennyguido. u didn't even go to the show and you're complaining. From the feedback i've been hearing, the show was a big success. the only people complaining are people like you kenny guido, people who weren't even there. i wasn't there because i had to work, but i spoke to at least 20 people that went,and they loved it. kennyguido, stop trying to make an issue that really isn't that big of an issue. call ktu and bitch to them. the show wasn't canceled moron! i love people like you who come to these message boards and talk shit. do something about it for once. i bet your the first one to jump to Goumba Johnny, Geronimo, DJ Ridler, and Johnny Buds at clubs and tell them what a big fan you are of them and ktu. isn't this a freestyle website? why u raking on a radio station here ? because you know ktu has no clue this site exist and they can't defend themselves to clueless people like u ????

on the contrary, ROBBIE, KTU does know this site exists. that just goes to show you how little you know about us. we constantly have the big guys from KTU coming in here, even if its good or bad.

I came about this website a few weeks ago because i did a search for 'Johnny Budz" on Lycos, and this site came up 3 times. Funny,i haven't seen him here once.

lol......johnny budz and i know each other for quite some time. dont forget, he was one of moderators of this site. he is no longer here anymore, and as long as people keep mentioning his name here, his name will pop up on any search engine. do me a favor, go email Johnny Budz yourself. ask him if he knows me. i want to get a good laugh from him when he tells me "what is this a*****e emailing me about?"

as for goumba johnny, he knows me as well. im not goin around braggin either. ralphie mareno, michelle, judy & speedy.they know Jack, myself and this site. they know my wife's mom also from the station. If i see them,i see them. there no big party.

we do have the upper brass from ktu coming in here. your doubting me because you choose to. go look for yourself. ask around.
