it was out maybe 1989 - early 90 - it was a house track - sorta freestyle-ish - the hook was:

"i love the bass
i love the cool vibration
the way you love me gives me cool sensations
so bring me up
don't me down
i love the bass"
 
thankx - i knew that it was house but the vocals always had me believing that it may have been a house track by a freestyle artist. i have not heard the song since 1989.
