I have about 500 freestyle records from the late 80s to about 95. Many seem to be out of print and I have numerous promos and rare small labels with local talent from NYC and Philly. All my records are in good condition. I have played them so the condition ranges from Good to Excellent.

I would like to sell my 1,400 12 inch record collection and I am trying to get accurate values. I have been using www.gemm.com and so far I have a few hundred in the 5 to 10 dollar range. Is that a decent source. I plan to sell my records for less then what they are listed for. Most between 5 and 10 bucks? Is that reasonable?

Can anyone suggest the best way to value and sell my collection. Should I do it as a bunch? Separate? What are common prices for the average out of print popular freestyle 12 inch? How much more for a PROMO?

Any and all advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance. Please feel free to email me at chrismathews74@hotmail.com
