yes but some people are not used to apologizing, so it can be difficult for them to start. Actions do speak louder than words but when it comes to a sincere apology I will prefer the words first.

The love that you have for this person should make it easier when you humbly look into their eyes and take them by the hand and say "I apologize for ............" and then make sure you have something to back it up with. 🙂

While saying "I'm sorry" shouldn't be hard, it is, because it means on a level, we are admiting we were wrong.

Force yourself to say it.

Cards and things are cute, but sometimes, the other person wants to hear the words, and if you were wrong, they deserve to hear it.

That was funny... but i do agree with chuck... suck it up and say you are sorry if you are wrong... if you don't you yourself knows your wrong because they do deserve to hear it... it's all a part of letting go of the old ways... trust me i know....

Tank.. If you love the person, its okay to apologize.. And if you love the person, it should come out sincere automatically I think.. Its hard, swallow your pride and just say it. You probably will feel a whole heck of a lot better if you did.
 
It's always been hard for me to say I'm sorry (gotta admit)....although my husband says it at the right times for sure. Makes me feel much better inside. After 15 years, I've learned .... finally.... it's ok to say I'm sorry.
