When will I learn?
When my life starts to burn
When the world will not turn
I’ve broken my own heart
My lying is tearing us apart
Wished I knew it from the start
I’ve asked God for forgiveness
And for my life not to be blessed
So much pain will come in time
Never will I be able to put it behind
It’s hard for me to look and stare
At a brother with love and care
For I have done him wrong
And I’ve been doing it for so long
When will I learn?
When I’m alone in a puddle of tears
Knowing this mess could have been fixed
In the past years
