With some cops! I swear they are starting to get on my last fking nerve!

ON Sunday my son was riding his friends bike and stopped to talk to his ex..she was standing on the sidewalk and he was on the street, so the cop tells my son to get on the sidewalk, and when my son does, the maricon gives him a summons for having the bike on the sidewalk! If that isn't abusing the fking badge I don't know what is! I was so fking pissed, they like to show off in front of the girls, and act all macho like. Now I have respect for cops because not all are like these pendejo mal paridos from Sunday, but then they wonder why they got their asses beat last year in my neighborhood for hitting some girls and the men in the neighobrhood got into it.

I don't understand the abuse of the badge, the cockiness. Now I read in the paper about two detectives or something under investigation for being drunk on POST! AND groping women! they have them in a 20 minutes video! WTF?
Now I know cops are just humans like eveeryone else is, but shit, they are the protectors of the city aren't they? how they want respect and community support when they act like this?

I had to go to the precinct this morning at 6:30 with my son to retrieve the bike, Not a good start to my day...I am very dissapointed in the 72 precinct.
 
Report the incident. If he put the bike on the sidewalk on the cop's instructions, then the cop had no right to give him a summons.
 
damn nena......but sometimes life just works that way. I got pulled over b/c "supposedly" my son wasn't wearing his seat belt and when he was gonna give me my summons he made me get out of the vehicle and walk to him. I was hesitant b/c I didn't want to leave my son alone in the car but then also this cop was just leaning on his hood and staring me up and down as I walked to the cop car. IF I woulda smart mouthed him then who knows what woulda happened. THESE FUKERS PISS ME OFF!
 
thats ridiculous... cops these days.. need to worry more about crime then been bothered by someone putting their bike on the side walk...
 
I ws thinking of doing that, but I have no faith in that precinct, and in no mood to get into something with the asswipes over a fking bike. I am just sick of people and thier bullshit, of abuse, of come mierdas, of assholes not know ing how to appreciate the fact that that badge can make you a hero in alot of peoples eyes, instead they choose to look like dicks.
 
Whay happens is that some people go into some lines of work just for the title/salary/position. If it's not a job that they like or if they haven't entered that particular field for the right reasons, more chance they will abuse that power or become frustrated or bored with their job. Unfortunately there are people who look to have some type of authority position just so they can take advantage of it. We just gotta remember that there are good ones out there who do alot of good, though we never hear about it because it just doesn't get as much attention.

On another note, do as Chuck says and file a report and also request a deposition.
 
Report it to the precinct with a written complaint letter that shows you've cc 1 police plaza and a news station of your choice... or at least the post they love f'n with cops LOL

I ain't tryign to go out there and cause more drama for that Precinct trust me ever since that cop ran over the Mother who was 8 months pregnant with her 4 year old son and her 16 year old sister and killed them all, that precicnt has been getting hell from everyone, I ain't trying to start no more drama, I just wanted to understand the reason as to why you know?...
 
I'm with all that said to file a complaint. That ish just isn't right! All over a freakin bike on the sidewalk! WTF were they when that poor man was getting the hell beat out of him a few nights ago? UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

The police dept is the same down here...you got your good ones that always seem to get the short end of the stick and then you got the asses who seem to reap all the glory! BLAH!!!!!!!!!

first off lets have some consideration. for latino cop. cuase hes a cop would nt want to make him feel bad. but

yo they are absolutley out of control this country has turned or is turning into a police state. its what i keep saying i just wrote the other day in fact to you naysia and then it happened lol to you?

about driving.

there are way way to many laws and regulations. and its affecting everything.
And when a democracy has to many laws? when does it stop being a democracy.
in the old days cops left the general public alone. and went after bad guys.
today everything has to pass through their telescope. but its not their fault.

special interest groups being led by soccer moms. by suv moms. by MAD. and by host of other groups,.

that after 15 years. have slowly given cops all this authority,. over the public. and thats

why i wrote the other day. thats it! i dont care how many lives are saved by anything.

i dont want anymore of my rights taken away llloll. for beer. or for driving or for anything.

i think we need to return in society to were theres an element of risk?


And remember nysia i was saying saying this the other day? that we need to return to the old days where there was risk. and that everybody left everybody alone? and if that person dies then they die. maybe they were meant to get hit that day? wether a cop was there or not?

same thing with you and your son. 20 years ago. they leave you alone.

today its as if they know how to live our lives better than us?

this generation of gov has an obsession with micromanaging society. im telling you.

thats why nysia got her ticket. and the other members here have complaints.

thats why these guys send like 4 police cars to give you a ticket.

I'm sure latinocop adn Hitman know we don't mean anything agains't them, ...Like i said I have respect for many cops, for thier work, and dedication, for the risks that they do take, it's just some bad apples.
 
i agree but

we have to start getting away from that philosphy too. we know they take risks. but so do i. any person i work with could give me a heart attack. and i think they ve come close to it lllol.

cops get payed extremely well. and so part of that has to go doing your job.

but no other way to say it. you have to go out of your way to protect democracy. and give citizens always the benefit of the doubt. always no matter what.

and just go out of your way to be more of a civil servant than a cop.

and if you give me that tired line. oh you dont know what its like. well

then my freind. go back to college. get bachlors in something else.

Many would go through this..I think its so worth it...get them suspended or fired.
