I RENT A THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT AT 670.00 A MONTH. I LIVE IN NYC. I LIVE WITH MY DAUGHTER BUT THERE ARE ALWAYS PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE SO MY APARMENT IS ALWAYS PACKED WITH FAMILY.
 
We own a 2 bedroom condo in Staten Island... (3 bedrooms if u count the fact that we also sleep on the sofa bed in the livingroom downstairs)........ we're bustin' at the seems with all the people in my house...... but...... our mortgage is only $530 a month so I can't see us moving anytime soon!!!!!

I LIVE IN THE HEART OF SILICON VALLEY IN SAN JOSE.. WE ARE THE HIGH TECH CITY OF THE WORLD... SHIT IT IS EXPENSIVE TO LIVE IN CALIFORNIA!!!! IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE WHERE WE LIVE!!!!!
 
I got a house, With the option to BUY it. It has 5 bedrooms,2 FULL bathrooms,2 FULL Kitchens(Basically It's a top to bottom 2 apts) We made a deal w/ the Landlord to rent it out...And since we been tennants w/ him..And he wanted to get rid of the house because he couldn't get what he wanted for the place in the market...He said we can rent it out w/ the option to buy it. We pay him $650.00.. $600.00 for rent... $50.00 towards buying the place. We basically own it now, He just repairs the place when needed. I'm happy here..And I don't plan on leaving here for a LOONG time. I have no next door neighboors (Except across the street) I can BLAST my music w/ no interference from my neighboors across the street, And I had parties here w/ NO COPS (YYYEEESSS 🙂) I'm lampin like a champion here. Plus I'm nowhere near the ghetto. Not that I'm against it.. Hell I was born in the Ghetto, I just want the better things in life for my seeds. They don't need to see the ugliness of the ghetto, I just want the BEST for them. Ya feel me?
 
and i live with my mom and pay nothing... 🙂 cos i'm a student and i'm paying my own tuition hehe
