What is your level of tolerance? I have like "0" tolerance as I've gotten older and snap a lot more at people that get on my nerves. How does one get a better grip on things that are sometimes out of your control?
 
Patience and Tolerance.

How? By being able to say, "Fu#k It, two peas in a bucket."

At my rank, I can say that. 🙂
 
Oh girl, I've dealt with some people who have tried my patience over the years. I believe I may have vented about a few in the "No Holding Back" forum.

What's gotten me through????? I do 2 things.

#1. I always remember that I am not responsible for how someone acts, but I am responsible for how I react to it.

#2. Although this seems "stuck up" to do, when I have someone who is working my nerves, I repeat to myself over and over....."I'm better than you are, I'm better than you are....I'm better than you are." That keeps me from stooping down to their level.
 
chuck that is so true. why little yourself when some one else acts like a a**.

Could'nt tell ya, have a very hard time keepin' it cool.......
 
I have alot of tolerance and patience. ALOT. But once you get to me...thats it. its over. i'll go off without any hesitation.
 
0 level of tolerance. I have come to the point whre you mess with me I'm telling you how I feel
