It has been just a smidge since WCYC Entertainment brought George Lamond back to the stage that introduced him to the Big City so many years ago. Now that the holidays season is behind us, it's time to get back to the bizness of bringing the best freestyle performers to the Club formerly known as the Prime and Tender Nightclub (and currently known as Chicago's Studio 63).
The reigning Queen of Freestyle, Judy Torres is returning on Saturday, January 21st, 2005 to perform the songs that made her a household name and brought female fans to their feet while bringing the male fans down to their knees...( if you've ever been to a Judy Torres event, you know what I'm talking about)...
Judy will be joined by host Harv Roman and guest DJs Gino "Rockin" Romo and Juan Hernandez on 63rd and Harlem Avenue in Summit, Il. Former WCYC jocks such as Majic Juan Suarez will also be in attendance, so bring the Final Net...
If you miss it, you're gonna regret it. As always, I will be giving away passes for two on the "Club Kids" show broadcast on WLUW (88.7 FM) and www.wluw.org from 3pm to 4pm Central on Saturday afternoons...call 1-773-508-WLUW for the hook up.
